Harvest has begun! We have more zucchini and it's delicious! Eating one or 2 a week now. And we just ate our first ears of corn! It's very satisfying eating our own home-grown organically 'farmed' food. Making my own clothes? Growing my own food? I feel like a pioneer woman. I better get down to the river to do the washin'.

Stuffed peppers: chopped mushrooms, zucchini, black beans, a tomato, rice and cheese and a cup of pasta sauce to make the filling. Stuff halved peppers, bake 30 min. @350 ...or 40-50min. if you want them softer. |
